EXPERIENCE SHOWER PATH
A choreography combining the effects of water jets, light and aromas delivers a unique relaxing multi-sensory experience. Inspired by nature’s moods and miracles, this water shower experience takes you on a journey from a warm and exotic climate to a thick Nordic fog. The alternating temperatures increase blood circulation and tones the body leaves you feeling relaxed and invigorated.
ICE CABIN & ICE WELL
Get a burst of energy after your time in the sauna and steam room with this time-old bathing ritual experience. This hydrotherapy treatment invigorates the relaxed muscles and strengthens the immune system, improves blood circulation and thermoregulation and keeps the skin pure and glowing. The cold surprise also soothes anxiety and leaves you invigorated with a renewed well-being.
STEAM ROOM
Our airtight room makes sure humidity builds up to 100 per cent so that the high temperatures can relax stiff joints and tender muscles and improve circulation after a day touring the island or working out in the gym.
SAUNA
The dry heat from the sauna soothes your nerve endings and warms and relaxes muscles, in turn relieving the tension from your body and minimizing joint pain. The sauna also lowers blood pressure and relax muscles for a better sleep by soothing your mind and tensions.
HIMALAYAN SALT RELAXATION AREA
Here you can lie down for a while, a relaxing haven between treatments and a moment for stillness after a dip in the pool or to recuperate after the heating or cooling, and find the inner peace you are looking for.
BUCKET SHOWER
Pull on the chain anchored in the bucket shower after following our hot stations, to refresh the body quickly and thoroughly. Cold temperatures reduce inflammation and soothe ache and pain.
FOOT SPA
Dip your feet and let the jets get to work to sooth, relax and help reduce aches and pains. The footbath auto drains and disinfects between guests relax
